Manually pack and/or stacks products according to company specifications or as directed by Supervisor. Observes quality (Seals code dates, printing, etc.) and informs operators or supervisor if product doesn't meet company specifications. Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 plus hours and lift up to 60 lbs. Must be flexible to work shifts 7:00am-3:30pm; 3:30pm-12:00am and 10:30pm - 7:00am. Applicants are required to pass background and drug screening. (NCRC Silver or Gold preferred - Must have Proof of Certification). You must be at least 18 years old and have a GED or high school diploma. The starting rate is $10.00.
In order to apply for the positions, you must contact or go to the Memphis Career Center (444 North Main St) 545-2240. You will need to schedule an appointment for the orientation. They are offered twice daily from Monday through Thursday and at 8:30 am and 1:00 pm. You can go during the times and dates open for the orientations.
Once you have completed the orientation, you can register to take the NCRC. It is offered from Monday through Thursday and at 10:00 am and 2:30 pm. Potential applicants need to score at the silver or gold level. Once you have passed the NCRC, you will need to provide your resume to the Memphis Career Center.
